Parlainth was a Barsaivan city of the Fourth Age.[1]
Overview
Parlainth was founded by the Therans, and during the Scourge magic was used to erase it from the world, yielding....interesting effects. Its return saw its involvement in much of the events of the Post-Scourge age.
