Yistane is one Inner Cities of the Kingdom of Throal, currently administered by Baronness Skave[1].
Overview
The city is known for its initial omenous foundation. When Yistane was announced, an odd black bird snatched the proclaimation from the hands of Varulus III, and flew deep into Throal. The bird and proclaimation were never found, but on excavation of Yistane a skeleton of a Great Dragon was found. Other odd occurences have been noted, shattered mirrors, odd voices in the dark, unusually provacative dreams, and such.
