Watchers (Throal Faction)

A secret society within the Kingdom of Throal, consisting of magistrates and Chancellery officers that believe they serve the interests of the Great Dragon Mountainshadow. Before the outbreak of the Second Theran War, they were lead by an elven Officer of the Court Named Lorinel. In actuality, the group is receiving missives from a mad ork follower of Vestrial Named Harchong, who distributes his directives through a troll Messenger Named Randova Brokensong[1].
