The Great Dragons of Barsaive
The Great Dragons of Barsaive is a faction that existed in Barsaive during the Fourth Age of that straddles the line between polity, conspiracy, and an internal society of dragons. In common parlance, this organization is often just referred to as "The Great Dragons." The Great Dragons of Barsaive maintain a nominally secret society amongst each other, meeting regularly to discuss affairs within their specific domains, and take collective action rarely. The general population of Barsaive does not believe that Greats of the province act in concert, though thorough research would indicate otherwise.

Throal
The dwarven kingdom has felt the influence of dragons since its founding. While Icewing claims the dwarven nation above and within the Throal Mountains, Earthroot claims dominion of the domains of the Pale Ones below. Of the Great Dragons, Icewing was most involved with the Kingdom of Throal, directly tacking part in its founding, advising Throal on its closure during the Scourge, and the longevity of its kings[4].
